{Elizabeth & David’s Wedding in The Abacos | KiKi…

With a Hurricane warning flashing on the TV screen in Florida as I type this, I’ve decided to post a wedding that encompasses the exact opposite of the weather outside. Sun, Blue Skies, and a gorgeous beach. Elizabeth and David’s sunny Abacos Wedding was filled with tons of amazing surprises and moments. Including an underwater session, an emotional Chinese tea ceremony right before the traditional Chinese wedding games, two tiny doggie escorts, an absolutely stunning sunset, and to top it off, a private firework show on their own beach they grew up on.
It was a stunning way to get married and I feel so happy to be able to capture all of these loving moments. Check out this fun and colorful wedding below.

Madalyn and Neal could have gotten married in jeans in an empty field with just their friends and family surrounding them and the day would have been just as gorgeous as it really was. I say that, because in the short time I have had the honor of getting to know Madalyn and Neal, I have realized they are the ones that light up the room, are the life of the party and make you feel special even if they don’t know you. We felt like family all day and we even each got a hug from 6 different people immediately when we walked in the door as they said “We are so happy you are here!”
They, along with everyone at their wedding, were an absolute joy to work with. I was even a little giddy editing the photos because I had such a great time! Anyways, check out one of the coolest couples I have had the absolutely wonderful pleasure of photographing below!

Marty and Jessica are two of the sweetest, most genuine people you could ever meet. They are both super talented, crafty, funny, incredibly caring and not to mention…really gorgeous together. Once they found each other, everyone agreed, they are perfect together. I was excited to have the chance to photograph their beautiful wedding this spring and we had quite a lot of fun on this sunny Florida day.
Beyond the grand exit on their boat at midnight, they had hilarious toasts, an award winning sunset, champagne and rum punches, sparkler exit, and Jessica’s dad even gave her a high five right after he gave her away. Super happy you two found each other. Check out their colorful, super fun and absolutely lovely wedding below.

Golden Sunsets, Historical Details, Purple Hues, Smiles, Real Moments, Lip Singing Battle, Dance Offs, oh…and a wedding ceremony 🙂 Stephanie and Mark’s Historic St.Augustine Wedding was a roller coaster of emotion. Form an emotional first look, to goofy bridal party photos, to the sweetest mother son dance, ending with the entire wedding on stage lip singing to 80’s songs. A perfect blue bird day here in Jax Beach. As if the day could not get any prettier…in walks the bubbly and all smiles Andrea. My Bride for the day. Her and her girls were giggling while covered in their shawls on this windy and cool day. Beyond the beauty of the day…there were tons of happy tears that made it hard to photograph at times. The love, honesty and welcomeness (that’s not a word!) of this wedding put a very warm and inviting feeling in this otherwise chilly day. Photographing these two was so fun that it instantly put more excitement towards photographing their wedding day. Jenny + Brad must have heard me say “It is just so perfect out” about 1,000 times during their engagement session. Between having the Gardens at sunset to ourselves and catching the goldenest of golden hours. And then ending it with the dramatic rocky beach at sunset with even more seclusion to ourselves… It was a match made in heaven, just like the two of them (you see what I did there?). Beyond the overwhelming kindness of Rahma & Arsi’s Family, I was showered with rich colors, smiling faces, tons of dancing, and a wonderful little first look at Treaty Oak Park. Someone even got engaged right next to us as we did the first look! This two day affair was a lovely cultural experience that I absolutely loved photographing. Congratulations to a beautiful couple!
