The End of my 2015, 41 Days Later |…
2015. It may be in month 2 of 2016, but you still haunt me. If you own your own business you know the year doesn’t really end on December 31st. There are mountains of things to do in order to close out the year and it always seeps into the months following the champagne filled New Years Eve party you went to. In comes my blog post…my end of 2015 is officially here with the closing of my books and editing my last session which happened to be on the last day of the year. I put together a collage last year and photo timeline and people seemed to have a good laugh so I decided to give it another go around.
2015 was filled with 36 weddings, 55 photo booths and 50 portraits sessions all taking place in Florida, Colorado, Washington, Virginia, Ireland, and Scotland. We hit our 5th year in business and 160th wedding. And to be honest we had one of the best years since we started in 2010. Although…2016 is already proven to be a heavy contestant for “Best Year”, but I will leave that to next years post. For now, check out my photo captioned year below.
Enjoy and Thanks to all my clients from 2015 that made this such a magical and wonderful year!

We began the year in cold Colorado bundled up with this guy…
Then we decided to rent a camper van…
And head to Ireland…
To photograph these two…
We Danced a lot…
And had some of this…
And this…
And then did this…
Then we came back to the states and photographed these guys at a candy factory…
Was it a boy?
A Girl?
It was a boy. Here he is…
We also danced in the woods…
And went on a boat ride…
And hung out cliffside…
And at the beach…
And by the river…
We also had a bunch of smiles….
and a goofy moment…
or two.
or three.
You get the point.
A lot of lovely couples got married…
And we had some drinks to celebrate!
But some people were over it…
But we still danced!
We bared the wind…
And the Rain…
And the sunshine…
We fell in love with Cowboy boots…
And the details of everyone’s day…
The cake toppers won most creative this year…
As well as the cake eaters…
The “Glowing Bride Award” was created …
And also the “Best Bridesmaid Award”…
Hands became a new photographic obsession…
And sneaking a few photo booth moments…
Not to toot my horn.
But, I had some cute candids…
And even more emotional in Black&White…
I had the chance to visit Colorado again…
And create a fairytale wedding reception…
And a mountain vow renewal…
We saw so many beautiful things…
And met so many Beautiful people…
And now it’s on to 2016…
